“Main Act: Skeeter Creek
Opening Act: Sydney Worthley Music
Skeeter Creek started off as a Bluegrass Band in 2002, formed by the late Tim Seabolt of Walton, West Virginia, and Joe Kulewicz from the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York. Skeeter Creek has become much more than a band, it’s a way of life for these talented, professional musicians. They have performed with Parmalee, Lonestar, The Marshall Tucker Band, Mark Wills, Luke Bryan, Ashton Sheppard, Phil Vasser, Tricia Yearwood, Toby Keith, Faith Hill, Montgomery Gentry, Rascal Flatts, Lee Brice, Ray Scott, Sheryl Crow, and the late George Jones, to name a few. Skeeter Creek Ranked #1 in the Metroland Magazine Reader’s Poll for Best Country Band (2011-2015) and the Capital District’s Best Cover Band in all genres 2013-2015 (Rock, Pop, Country). They have also won the North Country Music Awards in 2014-2015 for Entertainers of the Year, Band of the Year, Male Vocalist (Dave Ahl), Female Vocalist (Renee Lussier-Ahl), and Musician of the Year (Dominic Paratore).
Sydney Worthley Music is a shining young singer/songwriter from New York’s capital region. Incorporating elements of pop, country, rock, and folk, Sydney melds them into a sound all her own. Sydney’s myriad vocal styles can be enjoyed in sweet, delicate love songs, powerful ballads, and cutting rock numbers. Sydney began performing in 2012 and, shortly thereafter, earned the Saratoga County Rising Star Award for her outstanding ability and achievement. She continued performing and recording alongside Rick Bolton and 7-time Grammy Award winning producer Joel Moss, and in 2014 won the Capital Region Teen Idol competition. Her debut album, Strong (Ambassador Music Group), was recently released.”
